SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ: MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT
Misra & Associates, P.C., have developed a master plan for a mixed use complex on 26.5 acres comprising 14.5 acres of wetland and 12 acres of upland area. The complex includes a 72,000-sq.-ft. medical center; 48,000-sq.-ft. age restricted/senior housing; a 26,000-sq.-ft. assisted living facility; a 36,000-sq.-ft. health club; a 25,500-sq.-ft. banquet facility; 49,000 sq. ft. dedicated to various functions: a day care and community center, school, bank, and retail stores among others; a 135,000-sq.-ft., 6-story parking structure; and 122,400-sq.-ft. underground parking.
